WINES
2008 Estate Barolo – medium heavy in body with valuminous dark cherry color,
tannin dominates the flavors initially, with inense grip and robust dryness in the finish.

2009 Luna Rossa – Bordeaux blend, big, bold and bountiful with loads of rich black fruits and oak.

2010 Sonoma Pinot Noir – silky tannins carrying notes of truffle, toast, herbs, gorgeous cassis, black cherry and raspberry flavors and black spice. Food-friendly, it shows restrained toasty oak and well balanced acidity.

2009 Italian Dolcetto – Black wine grape grown in Piedmont region of Italy.
Black cherry and licorice taste with some prunes. Lots of fruit accompanies very soft tannins
making this a very smooth wine.

2008 Cabernet Franc Ice Wine – sweet and rich in texture, with rose and salmon tints of color, this wine entices with irresistible aromas and flavors of honey, strawberry and cranberry that persist to a smooth, elegant finish with hints of spice on the palate.

2008 Riesling Ice Wine – world-renowned dessert wine with intense aromas and flavors of
honey, peach, sweet citrus and marmalade.

2009 Valpolicella – medium-full bodied wine with lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of almond, toast and spice and a richly tannic finish that has the fruit lingering on your palate for many minutes.

2008 South African Cabernet Sauvignon – Herbal/mint character with deeply complex
dark cherry and cedar notes.

2009 Montagnac Syrah/Mourvedre – A medium-full bodied bold wine, ruby red in color with a deep dark plum and blackberry bouquet showing subtle accents of chocolate. Rich, lush and complex, soft black fruits combine with a hint of spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish on the palate.

2010 Vieux Chateau du Roi - A soft, easy drinking red wine with plenty of character and charm.
A wine for many occasions.

2010 Viognier – A medium-bodied aromatic white wine with fresh spring blossoms,
peaches and apricots on the nose.

2008 Sherry- Deep burnished copper color. Dense aromas of cocoa dusted dried peaches and cherries, almond praline, and delicate peppery spices with silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a brisk tangy honeyed nougat finish

2010 Chocolate Raspberry Port – Bold aromas of raspberries and chocolate fondue with a supple fruity medium-to-full body and a cocoa powder and cherry-blackberry compote accented finish.

2009 Alsatian Riesling – Crisp and steely with a coy aroma of white fruit, juicy apple and the perfume of May blossoms.

2011 Spanish Rose’ – Bright red raspberry and red fuit and full ripe strawberry taste. Very smooth yet finishes like a dry walnut.
